I looked and looked all over, but I could not find any description. What is the stat "Rapid-Fire Rate" in Dark Rose Valkyrie, and how does it work?

I think I solved it. I believe it is poorly translated. "Rapid-Fire Rate" may actually refer to damage to adjacent targets, or "Splash Damage". so 20% "Rapid Fire Rate" maybe causes a 20% splash damage to nearby targets. But I have no idea if I am right or I am not.
