So, when Nep says "My story temp going to end" in the converse is a end of Planettune G arc. I need just raise the public relations investment. Should I max out my PR investment before advancing?

You don't need to max it. Just get your shares high enough that you can see the daydream event. If you've already seen it then you're good to move on. __________________
