I do not want to be rude but the game you are speaking of is not really an otome game, its a visual novel where you can make your own avatar male or female more or less about getting the matsus to work or else... Otomate has done something similair when making a VN for are you alice? which just had a male protag.(not BL) Its unlikely to come over but not impossible, personally I would like Iffy to take a look at Yuukyuu no Tierblade or psychedelica of the black butterfly and Hawk instead.
