How long until people actually receive their limited editions. I ordered Omega Quintet: Limited Edition on May 1st and it still says awaiting fulfillment. I contacted support 2 days ago but haven't heard back.

I recieved mine on the Wednesday 2 days before the retail release and I live mainland UK. I also pre-ordered fairly soon after they went up.

I've received all my limited editions the day prior, day of, or day after launch.
